About Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC)

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is a constitutional body established under Article 315 of the Indian Constitution to conduct recruitment examinations for various state government positions. With headquarters in Prayagraj, UPPSC conducts competitive examinations for civil services, teaching positions, medical professionals, and various other state government roles. The commission has successfully filled over 58,000 vacancies in the last five years and has received more than 94 lakh applications across its examinations.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized university. Candidates must have completed their graduation followed by teacher training certification.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 35 years of age as on the date of examination. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per government norms.

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens or domiciled in Uttar Pradesh as per the specified criteria.

Other Requirements: Candidates must possess valid teaching credentials and should not have any criminal background.

2. Complete One Time Registration (OTR) if not already done
3. Login to Candidate Dashboard using OTR number
4. Fill online application form for Advertisement A-5/E-1/2025
5. Upload required documents and pay application fee
6. Submit the application before 24th April 2026
7. Download admit card when notified by UPPSC
