Salary & Compensation
The salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plans, and employee discounts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the airline
- Schedule flights and manage crew resources
- Ensure that all flights depart on time
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all flights are safely and efficiently operated
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met
- Monitor and report on flight performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the airline's operations are running smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in airline operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field
