As an Airline Operations Manager at United Airlines, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our flights. Salary & Compensation

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of operations professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our flights
  • Manage flight schedules, crew assignments, and aircraft maintenance
  • Work closely with our flight dispatchers, pilots, and ground crew to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and resolve conflicts and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and procedures
