Salary & Compensation
The salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of operations professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our flights
- Manage flight schedules, crew assignments, and aircraft maintenance
- Work closely with our flight dispatchers, pilots, and ground crew to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
- Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and resolve conflicts and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and procedures
