About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer calls and emails simultaneously, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be required to work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services, and that their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Salary & Compensation
The salary for this position is between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 35,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
