About the Role

Salary

₹1,80,000 — ₹3,50,000 per annum based on typing speed and communication.

• Handle customer queries through live chat in real-time
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Provide accurate and helpful responses
• Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through solutions
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
• Document interactions in the support system
• Follow chat scripts and guidelines while personalizing responses
• Meet chat response time and satisfaction targets

• Good written communication in English
• Fast typing speed (40+ WPM preferred)
• Ability to multitask and handle 3-4 chats simultaneously
• Patient and professional attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable internet connection

• No prior experience required
