Salary & Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of ₹4,00,000 — ₹10,00,000 per annum depending on your skills, portfolio, and interview performance. Performance-based revisions happen every 6 months.

• Analyze large datasets to discover patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Build and train machine learning models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks
• Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into usable formats using Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Develop and evaluate predictive models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Create clear data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
• Conduct A/B tests and statistical experiments to measure feature impact
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
• Stay updated with the latest research in machine learning and data science
• Document methodologies, experiment results, and model performance metrics

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python — proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms — linear regression, decision trees, random forests, SVM, k-means clustering
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) is a plus
• Solid foundation in statistics and probability — hypothesis testing, distributions, Bayesian inference
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks and data science workflows
• Knowledge of data visualization tools — Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Good communication skills — ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Portfolio of personal projects, Kaggle competitions, or coursework demonstrating data science skills is a plus
• No prior work experience required — freshers with strong foundations are welcome
