• Plan and execute social media content calendars
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and carousels
• Manage community interactions — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
• Grow follower base and engagement organically
• Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with designers and writers on content creation
• Identify trending topics and create timely content
• Run social media contests and campaigns
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices

• Active presence on social media platforms
• Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Good copywriting skills for captions and posts
• Analytical ability to track and interpret social media metrics
• Creative thinking and trend awareness
