• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and bank reconciliation

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

• Handle TDS calculations and quarterly filings

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

• Support the senior accounting team during audits and compliance checks

• Organize and maintain invoices, receipts, and other financial documents

• Use accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks) for daily operations

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting — M.Com/MBA preferred

• Basic understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws

• Familiarity with Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax concepts

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
