Salary

₹1,80,000 — ₹3,50,000 per annum based on communication skills.

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Maintain a positive, professional tone in all communications
• Identify common issues and suggest process improvements
• Meet response time and resolution SLAs

• Good verbal and written communication in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills and typing speed
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations
• Problem-solving mindset
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Willingness to work in shifts if needed
• No prior experience required
