Salary

₹3,00,000 — ₹6,00,000 per annum based on skills and portfolio.

• Design interactive e-learning modules and courses
• Develop course content using authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate)
• Create storyboards and learning scripts from source materials
• Design assessments, quizzes, and interactive activities
• Ensure courses are SCORM-compliant and LMS-compatible
• Incorporate multimedia — videos, animations, and graphics
• Test courses for functionality and user experience
• Iterate on courses based on learner feedback and analytics

• Understanding of instructional design principles
• Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills
• Strong content writing and structuring abilities
• Knowledge of SCORM and LMS platforms is a plus
• Creative and learner-centric thinking
• Attention to detail and quality
• Freshers with relevant coursework or projects are welcome
