The role offers significant exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies and real-world problem-solving scenarios that will accelerate your professional growth in the cloud computing industry.

This position is perfect for candidates who have recently graduated or have minimal professional experience but demonstrate strong foundational knowledge of cloud concepts, AWS services, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. You'll be working in a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is valued, and continuous learning is encouraged through formal training programs and hands-on project experience.

Why Join Us?

Amazon is a pioneer in cloud computing and has revolutionized how businesses operate globally. Joining our team means becoming part of a company that invests heavily in employee development and career advancement. We believe in promoting from within and providing clear career progression paths. As a fresher, you'll have access to exclusive training programs, mentorship from senior architects, and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that affect millions of users worldwide.

We encourage our team members to think big, take calculated risks, and continuously push the boundaries of what's possible with cloud technology. We foster an inclusive, diverse, and supportive work environment where every team member's contribution is valued. Regular virtual team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and collaborative problem-solving sessions ensure you're never isolated. Your managers and senior colleagues are committed to your professional development and will provide regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities to expand your skill set. We celebrate successes together and learn collectively from challenges, creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary & Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 USD annually for this entry-level position, commensurate with your education, skills, and experience. Beyond base salary, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) matching, stock options, and performance bonuses.
