Salary & Compensation
The salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure United Airlines remains competitive
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in airline operations or a related field
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Valid driver's license
