Salary & Compensation

The salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure United Airlines remains competitive

  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
