Salary & Compensation
The salary for this role is between ₹600,000 and ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Train and coach junior team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service

- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and quality metrics

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
