Salary & Compensation

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Manage and respond to client emails and messages in a timely manner
- Assist clients with tasks and projects as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
