About the Role

GradeBuzz is hiring Call Center Executives for full-time work-from-home positions. Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide excellent service over the phone.

Salary

₹1,80,000 — ₹3,50,000 per annum + incentives based on performance.

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and surveys
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Log call details and customer information in CRM
• Meet daily call volume and quality targets
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors
• Maintain professional and friendly call etiquette
• Participate in regular training sessions

• Clear verbal communication in English and/or Hindi
• Patient and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer literacy
• Quiet workspace and reliable internet at home
• Headset with microphone for calls
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
