This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. You will work alongside experienced data professionals on real business problems — analyzing trends, building dashboards, and helping the team make data-driven decisions.

Salary & Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of ₹3,00,000 — ₹6,00,000 per annum based on skills and interview performance. Salary revisions happen every 6 months based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data from relational databases
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and basic statistical analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define key metrics
- Monitor data quality and flag inconsistencies or data integrity issues
- Present findings and insights to non-technical team members in clear, simple language
- Assist in A/B testing analysis and experiment design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills — ability to write queries with JOINs, GROUP BY, and subqueries
- Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool — Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Basic Python knowledge is a plus (Pandas, Matplotlib)
- Understanding of basic statistics — mean, median, standard deviation, correlation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills — ability to explain data findings clearly
- No prior work experience required — freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome
