About the Role

GradeBuzz is hiring Telecallers for full-time work-from-home positions. Make outbound calls to potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team — all from home.

Salary

₹1,50,000 — ₹3,00,000 per annum + attractive incentives on targets.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists
• Introduce products/services and generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or demos
• Handle objections and convert leads into prospects
• Update call logs and lead status in CRM
• Meet daily and weekly call volume targets
• Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation
• Report daily activity and results to the team lead

• Clear verbal communication in Hindi and/or English
• Confident and persuasive speaking style
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable phone/internet connection
• Target-oriented and persistent attitude
• Ability to handle rejection positively
• Quiet workspace at home
• No prior experience required — training provided
