Salary & Compensation
The apprenticeship program offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹20,833 to ₹37,500 (₹2,50,000 to ₹4,50,000 annually), depending on educational background and interview performance. This salary is structured to support your living expenses while you gain valuable industry experience. Beyond the base salary, you will receive performance bonuses based on quarterly evaluations, with high performers receiving bonus payouts up to 15% of their annual salary. The compensation package includes mobile and internet allowances (₹3,000-5,000 monthly), wellness stipends (₹2,000 monthly) for gym memberships or health subscriptions, and skill development allowances (₹1,500 monthly) for online courses or certifications. After successful completion of your apprenticeship (12-18 months), top performers are offered full-time positions with salaries typically starting at ₹6,00,000 annually with clear career progression to junior management roles. Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and curating educational content for various online courses, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Support student engagement initiatives by responding to queries on discussion forums, providing constructive feedback on assignments, and creating a welcoming learning community within the platform
- Conduct research on emerging trends in online education, competitor analysis, and student learning patterns to contribute to strategic planning and innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to develop quiz questions, practice problems, and assessment materials that effectively measure student learning outcomes
- Participate in user experience testing of new features on the learning platform, documenting issues, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements for enhanced usability
- Maintain detailed documentation of learning materials, student interactions, and program updates in shared databases and knowledge management systems for organizational continuity
- Attend and actively contribute to daily team stand-ups, weekly mentoring sessions, and monthly training workshops to enhance skills and stay updated with company initiatives
- Support the marketing team in developing case studies, testimonials, and success stories from students who have benefited from our learning programs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, Commerce, or any related field from a recognized university; recent graduates and current final-year students are equally encouraged to apply
