Salary & Compensation

The apprenticeship program offers a competitive monthly stipend of INR 250,000 to INR 500,000 per annum, structured as monthly payments. The salary range depends on your educational background and initial assessment performance. Upon successful completion of the 12-month apprenticeship with satisfactory performance ratings, apprentices are typically offered junior specialist positions with a base salary starting at INR 450,000 annually, with additional benefits and growth opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Support the customer success team by responding to educational queries from students and parents through email and chat systems
  • Assist in onboarding new users onto the GradeBuzz learning platform and ensuring they understand basic features and navigation
  • Help compile and organize educational content submissions from educators and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
  • Participate in data entry and verification tasks to maintain accuracy of student profiles and learning progress records
  • Engage with users on social media platforms to answer questions, address concerns, and promote educational initiatives
  • Attend weekly training sessions and complete assigned learning modules to develop expertise in EdTech concepts and company products
  • Assist senior team members in analyzing user feedback and preparing reports on customer satisfaction metrics
  • Help coordinate with content creators and educators to test new features before platform launches
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and learning progress to support knowledge sharing within the team
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and participate in brainstorming sessions focused on enhancing user experience

Requirements

  • Completed 12th grade education or currently pursuing Bachelor's degree from any stream (Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science)
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal) with ability to communicate clearly with diverse user groups
  • Comfortable working in fully remote environment with reliable internet connectivity and suitable workspace at home
  • Basic proficiency with computers and digital tools including email, Google Workspace, and learning management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes without extensive prior experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to commit to a 12-month apprenticeship program with structured learning and mentorship expectations
