Salary & Compensation

The apprenticeship program offers a competitive stipend of ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month depending on your background and performance. This is not an unpaid internship—we believe in fairly compensating our apprentices for their time and contributions. As you progress through the 12-month program and demonstrate increasing competency, your compensation increases through quarterly reviews. Upon successful completion and performance in the apprenticeship, top performers are offered full-time positions with salaries starting at ₹4.5-6 LPA, including benefits. Additionally, you'll receive performance bonuses, professional development allowances, and potential equity participation if you transition to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily standups and weekly team meetings to understand project objectives, share progress, and collaborate with mentors and peer apprentices on ongoing initiatives
  • Contribute to content creation and educational material development for GradeBuzz's platform, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and alignment with learning objectives
  • Assist in conducting user research and gathering feedback from students and educators to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement
  • Support the customer success team by onboarding new users, addressing common questions, and documenting solutions that help improve our knowledge base
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, tools, and learnings that help standardize operations and support knowledge transfer within the team
  • Conduct data analysis on user engagement metrics and learning outcomes to provide insights that inform product and strategy decisions
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that span multiple departments, bringing fresh perspectives and helping accelerate organizational goals
  • Complete assigned learning modules and skill-building courses within the apprenticeship framework, with monthly assessments to track progress
  • Shadow experienced team members during their daily work, understanding workflows, best practices, and industry standards applicable to the education tech space
  • Present learnings, project outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership during quarterly reviews and company-wide knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or 12th pass with demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools including Google Workspace, project management platforms like Asana or Trello, and comfort learning new software quickly
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to work with spreadsheets, interpret data trends, and draw meaningful conclusions from information
  • Self-motivated and disciplined approach to work with the ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment
  • Genuine interest in education, learning technologies, or the broader edtech ecosystem with demonstrated knowledge through projects, interests, or prior experience
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to think creatively, identify solutions, and learn from failures and feedback
  • Reliable internet connection, professional home workspace, and access to a laptop or desktop computer meeting minimum specifications
  • Availability for full-time commitment (40 hours per week) during the 12-month apprenticeship period with flexibility for occasional extended hours during critical projects
