Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content and product teams to research, develop, and test educational modules and learning pathways designed for different student demographics and learning styles
- Analyze student engagement metrics and learning patterns using data analysis tools to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for platform improvements and feature optimization
- Conduct market research on competing EdTech platforms, analyze their features and user experience, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for product development
- Assist in creating and curating educational content including quizzes, case studies, practice problems, and supplementary materials aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives
- Support user research initiatives by conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups with students and educators to understand user needs and inform product decisions
- Document processes, create training materials, and maintain knowledge repositories to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and organizational learning across the apprenticeship cohort
- Participate in cross-functional projects that span product development, marketing, and user experience, learning how different departments collaborate to deliver value
- Monitor platform performance, report bugs and issues through proper channels, and support QA testing of new features before release to production environments
- Engage with the student community through forums and feedback channels, addressing queries and gathering insights that inform product and content improvements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing learnings, suggesting process optimizations, and actively participating in retrospectives and feedback sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently enrolled in final year of undergraduate program in any discipline including Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science, or Management streams
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital communication tools including email platforms, video conferencing software, project management tools like Jira or Asana, and collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly, write coherent reports, and present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic familiarity with data interpretation and analysis; exposure to Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data organization and basic statistical understanding is advantageous
