Salary

• Design course curriculum and learning objectives
• Record video lectures with clear audio and visuals
• Create course materials — slides, notes, quizzes, and assignments
• Conduct live Q&A sessions with students
• Update course content based on student feedback
• Engage with students in discussion forums
• Track student completion rates and satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with the content team on course marketing

• Deep knowledge in your subject area
• Clear and engaging presentation style
• Comfortable recording video content
• Basic knowledge of screen recording tools (OBS, Loom)
• Good internet, webcam, and microphone setup
• Structured thinking — ability to break down complex topics
• Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
• No prior teaching experience required
