Salary & Compensation

The apprenticeship program offers a competitive monthly stipend ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹37,500, with performance-based increments at 6-month intervals. Upon successful completion of the 12-month apprenticeship and conversion to a permanent role, you can expect a salary package in the range of ₹5-7 LPA, depending on your performance, skill development, and organizational requirements. The compensation structure is designed to reward your growth and contribution. In addition to base salary, the permanent role includes health insurance, performance bonuses, professional development allowances, and other statutory benefits. We also offer performance-based incentives that can increase your earnings by 10-15% based on quarterly evaluations and project contributions.

• Assist in creating, curating, and editing educational content for various subjects and grade levels on the GradeBuzz platform, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum standards
• Support digital marketing initiatives by conducting market research, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying growth opportunities in the EdTech sector
• Engage with users through email, chat, and social media to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and contribute to customer satisfaction improvements
• Participate in data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks to track platform metrics, student engagement rates, and content performance indicators
• Assist in organizing and conducting virtual workshops, webinars, and training sessions for students and educators on the GradeBuzz platform features and benefits
• Contribute to quality assurance processes by testing platform features, identifying bugs, and documenting issues for technical teams
• Help in managing social media accounts by creating posts, scheduling content, and engaging with followers to build community awareness
• Collaborate with team members on special projects including user experience improvements, feature enhancement suggestions, and process optimization initiatives
• Maintain detailed documentation of assigned tasks, project timelines, and outcomes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to continuously upgrade skills and stay updated with industry trends

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent performance
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create engaging content and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Basic familiarity with common digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms like Asana or Trello
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions to support decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned tasks while also being a collaborative team member in group projects
