Salary

₹2,00,000 — ₹4,00,000 per annum based on skills and performance.

• Handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone
• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Process orders, returns, and refund requests
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Follow up on unresolved issues until closure
• Provide product/service information to customers
• Identify patterns in complaints and suggest improvements
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
