About the Role

GradeBuzz is hiring Online Tutors for full-time remote positions. Teach students in subjects like Mathematics, Science, English, and more through live online sessions.

• Anyone who can explain concepts clearly and engage students

Salary

₹2,50,000 — ₹5,00,000 per annum based on subject expertise and teaching ability.

• Conduct live online tutoring sessions for students (Class 6-12)
• Prepare lesson plans and study materials
• Assess student progress through tests and assignments
• Provide personalized attention and doubt-clearing sessions
• Use digital whiteboard tools and screen sharing for teaching
• Maintain attendance and progress records
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student performance
• Adapt teaching methods based on student learning styles

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject
• Strong command of the subject matter
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Patience and empathy with students
• Comfortable with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
• Good internet connection and webcam setup
• Fluent in English and/or Hindi
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome
